Job summary

Eulerity is seeking a Performance Marketer to own paid media strategies in a fast-growing marketing automation environment in New York. You’ll optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels to drive KPIs, while embedding into client environments to build durable infrastructure.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze GA4 data with Excel, and translate trends into actionable optimizations.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proficient with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytics with GA4 and tracking
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, formulas)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate trends into tactical actions
• Basic programming skills for API interactions
• Customer-facing capabilities
• Hybrid work experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
• Monitor campaign performance and trends against KPIs
• Troubleshoot underperformance and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on execution and improvements
• Lead and participate in process, feature, and strategy tests
• Become a go-to expert on Eulerity’s marketing platform for campaign support and debugging
