Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions within manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience translating AI use cases into data, knowledge, and integration requirements.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects in manufacturing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Partner with teams to prioritize enhancements, validate use cases, and define documentation and training.
• Capture lessons and feedback to inform design backlog and solution roadmap.
• Assess processes, data flows, and technology constraints across plant and network environments.
• Translate priorities into process designs, user stories, data requirements, and deployment roadmaps.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, QMS, and related systems.
• Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, validation, deployment, and benefits tracking.
• Facilitate workshops with operations, IT, cybersecurity, and vendor stakeholders.
