Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs integrating operational improvement, digital tech, AI, and analytics. You will collaborate with client executives, plant leaders, engineers, IT, and data teams to turn priorities into implementable solutions that boost productivity, reliability and manufacturing agility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related environment.
Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing or industrial ops.
Experience with manufacturing data models, semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, or comparable approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
Shape demonstrations, assess implementation readiness, and define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
Capture lessons, requirements, configuration patterns, and delivery feedback to inform design backlog and roadmaps.
Drive processes, data requirements, integration needs, and acceptance criteria across plant and network environments.
Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, validation, and deployment activities across ERP, MES/MOM, and related systems.
Facilitate workshops and decision forums across operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity and other stakeholders.
Support technical sales through solution shaping, demonstrations, and proposals.
