Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Architect for Manufacturing Operations to bridge operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT in building scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead strategic AI roadmaps, evaluate use cases, run pilots, and scale implementations to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency across global manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology-driven process improvements within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to identify operational challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
• Experience implementing AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven decision support systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, operational excellence methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy roadmap for manufacturing operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives and operational challenges.
• Lead the assessment, design, proof-of-concept, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with software, data, and automation teams to ensure scalable and sustainable implementations.
• Establish data strategies and ensure governance and security requirements are met.
• Drive organizational adoption of AI-enabled processes and decision-making.
• Track project outcomes and communicate value realization to leadership.
