Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Requirements Analyst to bridge manufacturing operations and IT. You will translate needs into actionable requirements, create wireframes, and prototype solutions with AI-assisted tools to validate usability and feasibility.

You will collaborate with operators, engineers, quality, and supply chain, ensuring alignment on problems, interaction models, and technical paths for ERP/MES/MRP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three or more years in business analysis, systems analysis, manufacturing operations, IT delivery, product ownership, UX, or related role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate manufacturing needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document current and future state processes with traceability from need to implementation.
• Lead or support process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement.
