Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Requirements Analyst to bridge manufacturing operations and IT. You will translate needs into clear, testable requirements for digital tools supporting production, inventory, and quality.

You’ll also explore solutions through wireframes and AI-assisted prototyping to align teams on the right problem and path. Responsibilities include documenting current and future state processes, collaborating across operations, IT, and engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, manufacturing operations, IT delivery, product ownership, UX, or related role.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, tests and documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business and technical requirements across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to guide development.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and data governance to ensure usable, secure designs.
• Lead or support testing: scenarios, cases, data, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
• Support manufacturing tools adoption and continuous improvement.
