Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Manufacturing technology across its network.

You will drive capabilities for planning, production execution, inventory visibility, and shop-floor operations, coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology leaders to deliver measurable business value. You will define product metrics, guide agile delivery, and evaluate emerging AI-enabled solutions while ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy for manufacturing/ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and related processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into product roadmaps and epics.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve manufacturing operations.
• Onsite in the Williams-Sonoma Claremont, NC area with US travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Define product success metrics tied to efficiency, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead product discovery and backlog management in Jira for Agile delivery.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, shop floor productivity, and scheduling.
• Partner across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology teams.
• Ensure governance, security, audit, licensing, and compliance requirements.
