Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering team in Boise, ID. This role partners with the ME Director to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

You will build automated dashboards and executive reporting, align collaborators across organizations, and advance AI adoption to improve efficiency in manufacturing and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years in program management and strategy execution.
• Strong analytics with automated dashboards and data interpretation.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Copilot.
• Experience with workforce planning and executive communications.
• PM/Agile/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pivotal strategic initiatives with the ME Director and leadership team.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and drive consensus toward objectives.
• Track programs, manage action items, and report to executives.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive AI adoption and workflow transformation to improve efficiency.
