Job summary

ServiceNow is looking for a senior leader to drive M&A integration for our Customer Excellence Group, overseeing end-to-end integration across post-sale functions to deliver value for customers and the business.

This hybrid role sets strategic direction, represents CEG in governance, and leads a senior manager and ~10 external consultants to unblock cross-functional workstreams.

Hybrid work model with strong executive partnership and impact across Finance, HR, Sales Ops and GTM.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-sale acquisitions integrations in enterprise tech.
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Proven track record in aligning finance, HR, sales ops and GTM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own M&A integration strategy for CEG, scaling across multiple deals.
• Serve as senior decision-maker for integration scope, priorities, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and Implementation.
• Manage external integration consultants and drive playbook improvements.
