Accenture is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to lead compliance-driven fulfillment transformation in Life Sciences Logistics. This role focuses on regulatory programs, GDP-aligned operations, and global trade, delivering large-scale initiatives across pharma and medical devices.

Travel up to 75% to client sites is expected. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in life sciences fulfillment or supply chain transformation are required, with experience in SAP EWM or similar WMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering fulfillment or supply chain transformation programs in pharmaceutical, medical device, or broader life sciences environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading product traceability and distribution compliance programs in life sciences — with working knowledge of GDP, GxP quality system requirements.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of product traceability and distribution compliance programs, helping clients design and implement processes, governance, and technology architectures to meet regulatory obligations across pharma and medical device supply chains.
• Drive AI-enabled fulfillment transformation — applying intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and analytics across order management, transportation, warehousing, global trade, and reverse logistics.
• Design and implement cold chain distribution networks and temperature-controlled logistics strategies, including carrier qualification and deviation management.
• Lead import/export compliance workstreams across FDA, CBP, and cross-border documentation for multiple regions.
• Oversee warehouse management system transformation across SAP EWM, Manhattan Active WMS, Blue Yonder, and others in GxP-regulated environments.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technology and process architectures that are compliant and operationally intelligent.
• Apply data and AI capabilities to supply chain visibility and global trade analytics to enable proactive operations.
• Support sales origination and business development by building client relationships and shaping offerings.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute reusable delivery assets.
