Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive hands-on execution across Life Sciences Warehouse and Transportation Management transformation programs within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice. We modernize warehousing and logistics operations for pharma and medical device clients, combining regulated‑industry delivery expertise with AI-powered automation.

Travel up to 75% is required. You should have 3+ years delivering both WMS and TMS in life sciences, with hands-on experience on SAP

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience delivering both warehouse management and transportation management system implementations in pharmaceutical, medical device, or broader life sciences environments.
Demonstrated platform fluency across WMS and TMS with SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, or Blue Yonder WMS/TM.
Minimum 3 years of TMS delivery experience specific to life sciences distribution including cold chain, lane optimization, and temperature alerts.
Experience integrating WMS and TMS within ERP, quality management, and supply chain visibility systems.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of warehouse management and transportation management system implementations across life sciences clients—managing workstreams and coordinating with system integrators and client teams.
Lead design and implementation of TMS solutions for cold chain carrier management, lane optimization, and temperature excursion alerting.
Ensure regulatory compliance across GxP, GDP and quality management obligations in system implementations.
Assist in integrating WMS/TMS platforms with ERP and other enterprise systems to enable end-to-end execution.
Apply AI and automation to improve warehouse and transportation efficiency and accuracy.
