Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive hands-on execution across Life Sciences Warehouse and Transportation Management transformation programs. You will modernize warehousing and logistics operations for pharma and medical device clients using AI-powered automation and regulated processes.

Role requires 3+ years delivering WMS and TMS, with fluency across SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, or Blue Yonder WMS/TM, and strong integration into ERP and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering both warehouse management and transportation management system implementations in pharmaceutical, medical device, or broader life sciences environments.
• Demonstrated platform fluency across both WMS and TMS – including SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, or Blue Yonder WMS/TM.
• Minimum 3 years of TMS delivery experience specific to life sciences distribution – including cold chain carrier management, regulated product routing, lane optimization, and temperature excursion alerting.
• Experience integrating WMS and TMS platforms within a broader enterprise architecture – connecting to ERP, quality management, and supply chain visibility systems to enable end-to-end operational execution.
• Bonus Points: life sciences validation concepts, quality documentation, and cross-domain familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of warehouse management and transportation management system implementations across life sciences clients.
• Coordinate with system integrators and client teams to drive execution across SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, Blue Yonder WMS/TM.
• Lead design and implementation of TMS solutions for cold chain carrier management and lane optimization.
• Ensure integration of WMS/TMS with ERP, quality management, and supply chain visibility systems.
• Apply AI and automation to warehouse operations, including intelligent slotting and predictive quality alerts.
• Engage in project delivery with hands-on work and guide junior team members.
