Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP seeks a Manager, AI Applications to lead adoption and change management for legal technology and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with attorneys, practice leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive training, rollout planning, and ongoing optimization to maximize value and user adoption.

The role requires strong product-management capabilities, credibility with attorneys, and experience in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years of experience in change management, technology adoption, legal technology, training, or a related field.
• Experience in a law firm, legal department, or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to guide professionals through technology and workflow change.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop adoption strategies for assigned technologies and offices, understanding workflows.
• Identify use cases to improve efficiency, quality, collaboration, and client service.
• Provide targeted training, coaching, and workflow guidance to users.
• Coordinate change-management activities across launches and enhancements.
• Serve as product owner for a portfolio of legal tech and AI-enabled apps.
• Define adoption measures and monitor utilization, training participation, and impact.
• Collaborate with practice leaders, IT, Risk, and other teams to maximize value.
