Plona Partners seeks an experienced Research & Knowledge Analyst to join its Knowledge Services team in New York. You will provide high-value research, leverage AI tools, and support attorneys and business development with intelligence across international offices.

The role requires MLS/MLIS, 5–10+ years in a law library or knowledge management setting, and proficiency with Westlaw Edge, Lexis+, Bloomberg Law, Practical Law, Checkpoint, Capital IQ, Intelligize and PACER.

Qualifications

MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program is required.
5–10+ years in a law library, legal research, or knowledge management role.
Expertise with major research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law).
Experience with AI-assisted legal research and emerging tech is preferred.
Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Responsabilités

Deliver legal, business, industry, and competitive intelligence research to attorneys and teams.
Support client service, business development, and strategic initiatives with insights.
Monitor regulatory, business, and market developments affecting clients.
Conduct company, industry, and market profiling research.
Lead knowledge-sharing and training on research platforms and AI tools.
