Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Digital Learning AI Enablement Lead in Illinois to design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows for learning programs. You will partner with Digital Learning team members to implement AI-enabled process improvements and ensure content consistency with Firm standards.

You will review AI-generated content, apply instructional design and adult learning principles, and document workflows to enable teams to use AI tools effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience designing and maintaining AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations.
• Partner with Digital Learning team to identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Review AI-generated content for instructional soundness and accuracy.
• Document workflows with inputs, processes, outputs, and limitations.
• Provide guidance and coaching on AI tools to colleagues.
• Develop and maintain reporting on learning activity and adoption.
