Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Product Design Senior Manager to lead design for AI-enabled legal products. You will drive discovery, define product direction, and guide end-to-end experiences across complex legal workflows.

You will mentor a design team, establish high UX/UI standards, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, and apply AI-enabled methods to speed up learning and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading product design initiatives and teams.
• Experience designing complex enterprise products and workflows.
• Ability to translate business problems into product solutions.
• Experience applying AI-enabled design tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and problem framing with stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable product direction and end-to-end experiences.
• Partner with PM and Engineering to shape priorities and delivery decisions.
• Lead iterative prototyping and evaluate product concepts.
• Develop and mentor Product Design talent.
