Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales enablement in an agile, commercial-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
• Experience with digital advertising, performance media, or digital marketing concepts, such as paid and organic search, bidding strategies, or ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions that address real-world seller friction and advanced digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy and Operations and Global Product teams to digest roadmaps and co-create enablement programs.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to automate a large portion of design workflows and compress build times.
• Develop standardized, modular learning components for global reuse and local activation.
• Integrate AI-driven simulations into sales curricula and manage full project lifecycles to drive adoption and impact.
