Google seeks a Learning Design Specialist to architect innovative training programs that align with Search and AI or Measurement product roadmaps. You will co-create enablement blueprints with PS&O and GPL teams, applying AI-native workflows to compress design cycles and deliver modular, globally scalable assets for rapid activation and regional customization.

Individual pay is determined by skills, experience and training. US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales enablement in an agile, commercial-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
• Experience with digital advertising, performance media, or digital marketing concepts, such as paid and organic search, bidding strategies, or ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions addressing real-world seller friction, market dynamics, and advanced digital marketing strategies beyond basic product features.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy and Operations and Global Product teams to digest technical roadmaps and co-create enablement programs.
• Utilize AI-native tools to automate design workflows and compress build times.
• Develop modular learning components for global reuse and rapid activation.
• Integrate AI-driven simulations into sales curricula to accelerate adoption and impact.
