Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to shape the next phase of our growth. You will design scalable learning experiences for people managers, with a focus on our director population, to accelerate performance and strengthen culture.

You will lead high-impact programs, partner across the People Team and IT, and advance AI-supported coaching and just-in-time practice to scale leadership development across a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in leadership development.
• 5+ years designing and managing leadership programs.
• Experience delivering for directors and executives.
• Able to conduct needs assessments and analyze data.
• Excellence in live, virtual, hybrid learning formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-growth tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers.
• Lead the director-level leadership program serving 500+ leaders with scalable enrollment and accountability.
• Conduct needs assessments and align learnings with business objectives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom with practice, reflection, and sustained reinforcement.
• Establish measurement approaches spanning participation, completion, and business impact.
• Orchestrate concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships to drive decisions.
• Partner with IT and People Team to scale AI-supported coaching and other tech-enabled experiences.
