• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in project or program management.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management.
• Experience in management/operational consulting or leading strategic transformations.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance and launch health tracking.
• Experience automating workflows and adopting AI tools.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into tooling roadmaps.
• Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating exec reviews.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (SQL, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic bridge between readiness leads and technical teams, unifying roadmaps, systems, and intake workflows to streamline launch execution across all programs.
• Manage and optimize the complete intake and planning lifecycle across the organization's portfolio, translating annual strategic planning into actionable execution.
• Direct ongoing governance for launch health by tracking milestones and proactively resolving cross-team risks.
• Facilitate leadership reviews and establish a central source of truth with clear visibility into initiative status and capacity constraints.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across operational workflows to accelerate the timeline from intake to launch readiness.
