Coinbase Learning team is seeking a Learning Intern who will help design, deliver, and improve programs that unlock growth for every Coinbase employee. You will build AI-powered content, coordinate high-impact programs, and use data to drive measurable improvements across the learning portfolio.

The role blends instructional design with emerging AI capabilities, requires collaboration, and offers a learning-rich internship experience for Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree or certificate in the specified fields.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and creating polished materials.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and ability to judge AI output.
• Responsible AI use with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate learning content (presentations, guides, videos, Confluence pages) using AI tools.
• Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and offsites from scheduling to execution.
• Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences such as adaptive simulations and on-demand resources.
• Analyze program data using AI-assisted methods to surface insights and improvements.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and accessible learning opportunities.
