Job summary

Vizient is seeking a product leader to own defined capabilities within the Knowledge & Semantic Platform, enabling AI-powered products and consistent intelligence across the organization. You will partner with engineering and internal clients to shape ontology, knowledge graph, metadata, and semantic models while managing the backlog and roadmap in an AI-first delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or ownership.
• Experience with ontology, knowledge graphs, taxonomy, and semantic modeling.
• Ability to translate business concepts into scalable platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications and RAG concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and near-term roadmap for Knowledge & Semantic Platform capabilities.
• Conduct discovery with internal clients to understand concepts, data relationships, AI use cases, and opportunities to improve semantic consistency.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, semantic models, entity relationships, metadata standards, and validation approaches.
• Partner with engineering leads, architects, AI Delivery, data engineering, security, and design teams to translate concepts into reusable semantic platform capabilities.
• Balance delivery priorities across client needs, engineering capacity, governance, and data stewardship practices.
• Collaborate with teams using agentic coding tools, AI-assisted development environments, and AI-supported testing and validation workflows.
• Support implementation planning, release readiness, documentation, validation, and adoption activities.
