Radwell International is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a portfolio of technology programs in Downers Grove, IL. The role oversees scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery while driving AI adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with AI-enabled solutions and SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and SDLC.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of IT programs with business-technology alignment.
Develop program plans, schedules, and budgets with cross-project integration.
Coordinate and track progress across multiple projects for timely delivery.
Communicate updates to executives and stakeholders regularly.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources and dependencies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor KPIs and milestones and report to leadership.
Lead AI-related initiatives and pilot AI technologies across the enterprise.
