Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
10 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems and data analytics.
1+ years leading a technical team.
2+ years developing AI customer applications or AI architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead IT enterprise system development planning and execution to support growth and user experience.
Oversee core integration platforms and API/web services for data exchange.
Govern data management, security practices, and AI development strategy.
Partner with PMO and stakeholders to define and deliver IT strategic projects.
Drive high-performance team culture and timely incident resolution.
