The Innovation Lab Engineering Intern at Vertiv Corporation will support cutting-edge power and thermal management initiatives, lab testing operations, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. Ideal candidates are pursuing engineering, physics, data science, statistics, or computer science and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a demonstrated work ethic.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting.
• Strong foundation in mechanical/electrical engineering fundamentals and systems thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Work with engineers and lab personnel to understand test activities, equipment, procedures, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain a custom AI agent that serves as a knowledge assistant for technical documentation and procedures.
• Expand the agent's capabilities to assist with system troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Evaluate and improve AI assistant performance through prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, and user feedback analysis.
