Job summary

• 12+ years in infrastructure, IT operations.
• Experience leading incident response and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance across on-premises and cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, networks, and end-user computing.
• Oversee ERP, PLM, CAD, and manufacturing-adjacent systems readiness and stability.
• Run daily IT operations and incident handling using AI-enabled monitoring and automation.
• Lead hands-on technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Security, Applications, Data, and Manufacturing.
• Manage up to four direct reports and build an execution-oriented, resilient operations team.
