Qualifications

• Must have a U.S. state bar admission and be authorized to practice law at hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the legal industry.
• Experience building or leading a corporate legal function is favorable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and build the in-house legal function from the ground up.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial agreements.
• Oversee corporate governance, equity transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor developments in Bitcoin mining, digital assets, and energy markets.
• Manage outside counsel for specialized matters and implement automated compliance screening.
