Job summary

KLA is seeking an algorithm engineer in Ann Arbor, MI, to develop and integrate production-ready algorithms for reticle inspection platforms. You will apply image processing, computer vision, and deep learning techniques to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the research, development, and deployment of advanced data-driven algorithms across the organization.

Qualifications

• PhD-level background with signal/image processing foundation.
• Experience with Deep Learning, ML, or AI for images preferred.
• Prototyping algorithms in MATLAB or Python; full-stack OO programming in C++ under Linux preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate production-grade algorithms for reticle inspection platforms.
• Research and implement image processing, AI/ML, CV techniques.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to enable data management and model training/inference.
