KLA in Michigan is seeking an Image Processing Algorithm Engineer to develop innovative image‑processing and computer‑vision algorithms for next‑generation semiconductor photomask inspection products. As an Image Processing Algorithm Engineer in Michigan, you will develop innovative image‑processing and computer‑vision algorithms for KLA’s next‑generation semiconductor photomask inspection products. You will prototype and validate algorithms in MATLAB or Python, then translate successful solutions into production‑quality C++ on Linux platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, improve defect detection performance, and contribute from concept through productization and support.
This position allows flexibility and requires you to be in the office three days a week.
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years experience, or PhD plus 0 years experience.
Base Pay Range: $105,900.00 – $180,000.00 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, voluntary benefits, 401(K) with company matching, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, wellness and paid time off, and other employee benefits.
