Job summary

Peraton seeks an Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI. You will design and implement AI-enabled solutions for enhanced C2, data analytics, and information sharing, focusing on technical solutions and integration across the IM environment.

You will build data integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and staff products using code, queries, APIs, and approved AI capabilities while ensuring security, auditability, and mission suitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with BS/BA required or 10+ years with MS/MA; PhD 7+ years; other combos possible.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data workflows; experience with data extraction, validation, and automation.
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data (CSV, Excel, JSON, APIs, RDBMS).
• Developing or maintaining automated workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, or technical integrations.
• Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot code in operational data products and system integrations.
• Knowledge of additional development or web tech (Java/JS/HTML/CSS/PowerShell/C#/MCP).
• Rapidly learn mission systems (Palantir Maven Smart System, SharePoint/Power Platforms, Azure AI/Copilot, Power BI).
• Knowledge of DoD, USMC, and military culture; ability to brief senior leaders.
• Technical expertise in information systems, AI/ML integration, and C2 systems like SharePoint, C2IE, GCCS.
• Proficiency in evaluating AI outputs for reliability, security, and mission suitability.
• Familiarity with USMC/DoD compliance, security standards, and IM system documentation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts, queries, APIs, and automated workflows for C2, IM, and decision-making.
• Extract, clean, validate, integrate, and visualize data from approved systems.
• Develop dashboards and decision-support products with Palantir Maven Smart System, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Use generative and agentic AI workflows to assist with data prep, code, documentation, analysis, and product development.
• Evaluate AI outputs for reliability and operational usefulness before adoption.
• Integrate AI workflows into staff processes to improve analysis and automation.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, data definitions, interfaces, and test criteria.
• Assess changes to the IM/C2 environment; document architecture, risks, and security considerations.
• Support SharePoint and M365 information architecture, metadata, migrations, and automation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineers, cybersecurity, and admins to test and sustain solutions.
• Brief options, risks, and recommendations to technical and senior-leader audiences.
