Responsibilities

• Lead clients to achieve People objectives, including attracting, hiring and onboarding talent.
• Influence business and talent initiatives to support goals.
• Provide coaching on performance, feedback, and employee engagement.
• Engage in strategic workforce planning and identify gaps.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive People Plans.
• Provide organizational development support and change management.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Process and maintain HR data including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
