Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thought leadership to amplify CDDs impact on the small molecule pipeline across AbbVie.
• Direct activities of the HitGen/LeadGen team to enable program-level decision making.
• Build CDDs reputation through leadership, publications, and cross-organizational collaboration.
