You will drive data-driven analyses, guide ranking systems and content strategy, and mentor engineers and analysts to scale impact while upholding responsible AI practices.

Based in Menlo Park, this on-site role collaborates with product and technical teams to deliver high-quality, AI-powered experiences for people worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience improving content quality and relevance on content platforms.
• 3+ years of professional experience in hiring, managing and developing individual contributors.
• 1+ year working with GenAI products, prompt engineering, annotation, and/or content evaluation and analysis.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects autonomously to build products, respond to urgent needs, preempt issues and address concerns in a collaborative and timely fashion.
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI industry trends and ability to translate them into actionable content strategy.
• Experience applying data-driven analyses to inform product or content decisions and communicating findings to executives.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality reviews).
• 2+ years of experience working closely with ranking teams.
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
