Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of QA experience with manual and functional testing across web and mobile apps.
• Hands-on with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, design techniques, defect lifecycle, and quality practices.
• Experience testing AI systems, rule engines, or complex data pipelines.
• Experience validating healthcare AI or clinical decision support tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end functional test cases and plans for AI-driven workflows.
• Perform manual testing and contribute to automation across clinical and patient journeys.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into high-quality test cases.
• Validate conversation quality, data integrity, and edge cases in AI agent interactions.
• Conduct end-to-end, regression, functional, and security testing across AI features and backend systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and clinical teams to clarify requirements.
• Maintain traceability linking requirements to tests, defects, and release signoffs.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore QA teams.
• Identify, track, and document defects and contribute to QA dashboards and KPIs.
