Advocate Health seeks an experienced Audit Analytics professional to lead data analytics across the full audit lifecycle within a large healthcare system. You will design analytic procedures, build dashboards, and partner with IT and data owners to improve audit coverage using AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires five years of experience in data analytics or audit analytics, strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel skills, and a focus on healthcare data governance and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in data analytics, audit analytics, or a related data-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience performing audit analytics across the full audit lifecycle.
• Experience with AI concepts, tooling, automation, or deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk assessment, testing methodologies, and lifecycle execution.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics: extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute data analytics across all phases of the audit lifecycle.
• Design risk-based analytic procedures including full-population testing and targeted sampling.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for audit reporting and leadership.
• Collaborate with data owners, IT partners, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Coach and guide auditors and analysts on analytic and AI methods.
