Job summary

Ohm is seeking candidates to develop and ship the technical capabilities that deliver the greatest ROI for customers. You will use AI tools to operate independently and own engineering validity of production systems, writing code and deploying analysis.

You will collaborate directly with the founder, Head of Engineering, and validation engineers at customer sites to address top test and validation challenges and to advance production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep test and validation experience in hardware products such as cells, packs, or related hardware programs.
• Experience with design of experiments, reliability engineering, and statistical inference on test data.
• Applied data experience with data science, data engineering, and ML techniques in industrial settings; fluent in Python.
• AI-forward with concrete examples of AI or data-driven methods improving hardware test programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the test planning, execution, and analysis capabilities at the core of Ohm's platform, deployed in live customer programs.
• Work with customers to understand and overcome test and validation challenges: schedule risk, test coverage, resource allocation, requirements traceability.
• Develop domain knowledge infrastructure to make Ohm's agentic analysis credible for demanding validation programs.
• Bring frontier test and validation workflows into the platform with measurable customer impact.
