Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Software Engineer for the Starlink Enterprise team to improve data quality and build AI-driven go-to-market automations. You will partner with enterprise sales, channel ops, and enablement to fix messy inputs and ship reliable automations across pipelines.

You will design MCP servers and AI agents, focusing on clean data and scalable integrations with internal tools and external systems. Prioritize data quality improvements and automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, physics, mathematics, or another STEM field.
• 1+ years of data engineering or software engineering experience (internships allowed).
• 1+ years of development in Python or another modern language (SQL, etc.).
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve data hygiene and quality across go-to-market systems; validate, enrich, and remediate records.
• Improve inputs to AI agents and analytics for accurate, actionable outputs.
• Build integrations across internal and external systems to streamline data flow.
• Develop MCP servers and interfaces connecting AI assistants to GTM data and tools.
• Design, ship, and iterate AI agents powering Starlink Enterprise workflows.
• Create automations to accelerate lead-to-revenue cycles and reduce manual work.
• Instrument data quality with monitoring and feedback loops; track improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, channel ops, and enablement to standardize data practices.
• Create reusable tools, checks, and documentation for long-term data quality.
