Numa is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own inbound growth and drive predictable pipeline. You will manage paid media, search, and lifecycle marketing, and collaborate with Marketing Lead and Sales to forecast results and improve conversions.

You’ll build AI-powered workflows, run rapid experiments, and own the funnel from first touch to booked meetings. This is a remote role based in the United States, with autonomy to design scalable growth programs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
• 2+ years owning a lead or pipeline target.
• Experience with HubSpot and paid platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategy to increase qualified inbound and pipeline.
• Own monthly forecasting and reporting for qualified inbound, working with marketing and sales leadership.
• Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and community channels with budget allocation, targeting, creative, and optimization.
• Run weekly experiments on landing pages, offers, forms, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion.
• Own the path from first touch to held meeting, including speed to lead and nurture programs.
• Improve visibility across traditional search and AI-powered engines.
• Turn partner launches, conferences, and roadshows into qualified leads and meetings.
• Define funnel stages and attribution with Sales, maintain reporting in HubSpot, and align CRM data.
• Build and optimize AI agent workflows, sequences, dashboards, and queries to automate repetitive work.
• Maintain an experiment log, communicate results, and guide future investments.
