Job summary

Raspberry AI is seeking a Growth Marketer in New York, NY (hybrid). You will own growth across the funnel, identify high-impact opportunities, and run rapid experiments to scale channels and build repeatable systems.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Product to turn momentum into measurable pipeline, embracing AI-enabled growth and no-code workflows to move fast.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth/demand gen, product marketing, marketing ops, or related roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company (fashion/retail/creative tech a plus)
• Shipping internal tools or systems adopted by a team to move marketing/pipeline metrics
• Proven track record building demand-gen programs that move measurable pipeline
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively determining what to build next
• Hands-on with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms to design automations
• Experience with demand-gen channels (paid search/social, email, webinars, ABM) and marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot)
• Familiarity with how search engines and AI models surface content
• Strong analytics and ability to own and report on numbers

Responsibilities

• Own growth across the funnel and identify high-leverage opportunities
• Launch experiments quickly and scale channels that work
• Build systems to make wins repeatable and measure impact
• Collaborate across paid acquisition, lifecycle, ABM, content, events, and distribution channels
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Product; move fluidly between strategy and execution
