Job summary

OneDigital Medicare Services, LLC in Chicago is seeking a analytics-focused professional to join our new lead generation and enterprise analytics function. You will report to the Strategy Associate and shape how we evaluate top-of-funnel sourcing while building the analytical backbone, including AI-enabled tooling.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance and other units, own data-driven insights, and translate complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in management consulting or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate messy data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with data tools and AI-enabled workflows; experience with BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: assist in evaluating top-of-funnel lead sources and provide data-driven guidance.
• AI & Automation Ownership: oversee AI-enabled tools and workflows after strategy initialization.
• Funnel & Lead Analytics: create and maintain reports linking vendor performance to funnel outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Analytics Support: work across departments to standardize analytics and drive process improvements.
• Problem Identification & Resolution: find data/process gaps and drive fixes.
• Business Partnership: translate ambiguous problems into structured, data-backed solutions.
