Job summary

ListLab is a funded, remote-first startup seeking an AI Graphic Designer to blend traditional design with AI to produce high-quality visuals for social graphics, landing pages, ads, and brand collateral. You will use Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly and Canva AI while applying solid design fundamentals.

You’ll generate options, refine to polished assets, and deliver on deadlines, ensuring brand consistency. Flexible title/time/commitment and no degree required.

Qualifications

• Strong design fundamentals including composition, typography, color theory and layout.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for refinement and final output.
• A portfolio showing both design skills and AI-assisted work.
• Fast and reliable - you deliver polished work on tight timelines.
• Experience designing for startups or tech companies (nice-to-have).
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (nice-to-have).
• Prompt engineering experience to get consistent AI output (nice-to-have).
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Create visual content - social graphics, landing page visuals, ad creative, and presentation assets.
• Use AI tools strategically to generate concepts, variations, and assets, then refine to brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
• Move fast to deliver quality at startup pace.
• Iterate based on feedback and direction.
