Exchange Life is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our fully remote, international team as a contractor. You will create AI-generated product images using internal prompts, overlay headlines in Photoshop, and iterate based on ad performance.

This role offers ~40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and performance bonuses of $300–$800 per winning ad. A strong portfolio and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Photoshop skills for ad creatives.
• Strong typography and text placement for ads.
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, polished design work.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI product images using internal prompts and templates.
• Overlay headlines and copy in Photoshop to match Exchange Life's style.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance.
• Organize and manage the AI image library and assets.
• Communicate bottlenecks, capacity, and output proactively.
