You will modernize processes using AI tooling, automate reporting, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape revenue, expenses, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong interest in financial markets and analytics; curiosity to go deeper.
• Willingness to work with data across multiple teams and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analytics — Build and maintain performance analytics and periodic reporting on divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Financial Process Modernization — Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and automate and streamline them using AI tooling.
• Business Planning & Forecasting — Develop and track initiatives and support multi-year and intra-year budgeting and forecasting.
• Competitive Intelligence — Deliver benchmarking and market-share analysis across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Expense Management — Monitor cost base and report transparently.
• KPI Tracking & Analysis — Track progress toward firmwide goals with cross-divisional partners.
