• Genuine interest in financial markets and financial analytics with curiosity to go deeper.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analytics—Build and maintain performance analytics and reporting on divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Financial Process Modernization—Identify inefficiencies and automate with AI tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Business Planning & Forecasting—Develop initiatives and support multi-year and intra-year budgeting and forecasting.
• Competitive Intelligence—Benchmarking and market-share analysis across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Expense Management—Control the Division's cost base and ensure transparent reporting.
• KPIs—Track progress toward firmwide goals with cross-divisional stakeholders.
