The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans, drive cross-functional projects, and leverage data visualization to translate business problems into scalable solutions, supporting the firm’s forward strategy.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably related to Equities Sales & Trading
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in applying emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic workflow tools, to reimagine business processes, enhance client franchise analysis, and improve operating leverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for equities management.
• Identify opportunities to drive business process efficiencies across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and analytics to synthesize information, generate insights, streamline recurring processes, and translate business problems into scalable solutions.
