Qualifications

• Hands-on software development with Java, Python, C#/.NET or related backend tech.
• UI development with React, Angular or TypeScript in modern frameworks.
• Owns production apps or platform services from design to support.
• Designs APIs, distributed systems, async integrations, data access (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with LLM-enabled apps, AI agents, retrieval workflows, automation.
• Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code experience.
• Strong security focus: authentication, authorization, secrets, data protection.
• Diagnose performance/reliability issues across apps, DB, networks, deps.
• Collaborates effectively; communicates decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate production-grade APIs, backend services, web apps, and developer platforms.
• Build self-service portals, platform catalogs, reusable components, and automation.
• Develop integrations across services, databases, messaging, API gateways, tools.
• Write secure, maintainable, well-tested code; participate in reviews and troubleshooting.
• Own capabilities through the SDLC: CI/CD, deployment, rollback, docs, readiness.
• Build AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for architecture analysis and remediation.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation solutions grounded in architecture docs.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs/tools via controlled interfaces (MCP where relevant).
• Implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounded ness, safety, latency, cost.
• Engineer production controls for AI systems: access, bounded execution, auditability.
• Automate architecture-review feedback and remediation tracking in developer flows.
