PolicyMe is hiring an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to advance a breakthrough AI-powered insurance platform. You’ll work across the stack, integrating AI models, and delivering data‑driven features in a remote‑first, Canada‑based startup that values autonomy and collaboration.

You’ll contribute to architecture reviews, release planning, and cross‑team initiatives while expanding your expertise in Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience building full‑stack AI‑powered web apps using Python and React.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts from coursework or work experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI APIs/models (prompt engineering).
• Self‑starter with autonomy and accountability in rapidly evolving spaces.
• Collaborative team player with a low ego and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for an AI-powered web application using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction and recommendations.
• Work with senior engineers to production‑ize AI models.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and explore new applications.
• Build scalable backend services powering AI workflows and intuitive UIs.
