Job summary

Samba TV is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join the Agentic Product Engineering team in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end features across the AI backend, TypeScript services, and a React streaming UI, with a focus on reliable streaming, typed client-server contracts, and scalable architecture.

The role emphasizes building an AI-powered product with real-time interactions, strong front-end depth, and collaboration with product, design, and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically 4+ years of professional full stack/web application development.
• Experience with a modern SSR/full-stack React framework.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end across AI/backend, service layer, and UI, owning features from streaming to state management.
• Develop backend services and AI layer, wiring model interactions and streaming, ensuring latency and cost efficiency.
• Extend the Node backend-for-frontend between the UI and core services, building endpoints and secure, typed contracts.
