TOGA Technology is hiring a Full Stack Developer in Naperville, IL to build and grow our platform of business applications. You will own features with autonomy, pair technical skill with disciplined AI-assisted coding, and contribute to evolving, production-ready systems.

You should bring 3+ years of full stack experience, a CS-related degree, and strong knowledge of PHP, JS, and REST APIs. Expect collaboration, code reviews, and a modern cloud stack in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack or web application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Required)
• Expertise in PHP; or experience with Java or similar languages
• Proficiency in AWS; or familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Experience contributing to both front-end and back-end development tasks
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and other authentication/authorization protocols
• Experience working with and building automated job systems, such as workers, cron jobs, or cloud-native schedulers
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and basic performance tuning
• Willingness to participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Ability to test, debug, and deploy code across staging and production environments
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Real, hands-on production experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code strongly preferred)
• Comfortable reading AI generated code closely to catch subtle bugs and hallucinations
• Skilled at writing clear prompts for AI tools and evaluating outputs

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end and eventually whole applications with meaningful autonomy.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver production-grade web applications.
• Test, debug, and deploy code across staging and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve quality.
