Job summary

TOGA Technology is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Naperville, IL to build and grow our platform of business applications. This is a full stack role with ownership of features, not just tickets, and the opportunity to influence how a growing platform is built.

The role requires comfort working with AI coding tools; you will verify AI-generated code, exercise intellectual humility, and take ownership of features and eventually entire applications with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field is required.
• 3+ years of professional full stack or web app development experience.
• Proficient in PHP and JavaScript; strong RESTful API experience.
• Familiar with AWS or cloud platforms; able to write clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end with meaningful autonomy.
• Collaborate across front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Verify AI-generated code and ensure quality before shipping.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
